Mumbled, muttered, murmured
I’d got a spelling test today. What’s the difference between muttered, mumbled and murmured anyway? No big difference anyway lor. Well, apparently mumbled means to speaking in a low and lazy volume (I think I forgot about the meaning already…
), muttered means complaining under your breath (or something like that lar) while murmured is to say something soft and pleasant, gently, especially to your sweet ones (lover?). Okay, so I went to check out the meaning of the words at www.dictionary.com. Guess what I found out.
Mumbled: –verb (used without object)
1. to speak in a low indistinct manner, almost to an unintelligible extent; mutter.
2.to chew ineffectively, as from loss of teeth: to mumble on a crust.
Synonyms:
1, 3. See MURMUR.
Okays, so apparently mumbled has the same meaning as muttered and murmured. I was like, huh, what the hell? Laugh-out-loud. Okay, and seriously why am I even researching on the meaning of the words? Maybe I’m going mad with all those school works…
And 3S1 BBQ is gonna be on Sunday! XD This particular Sunday! It’s gonna be held at Parc Oasis, and thank you to YiFan for her kind bookings
BUT, before the BBQ, maybe going to watch movie with Jeslyn, YiFang, etc (I’m not sure about the ‘etc’ though…). Fingers crossed, I wanna watch Transformers or IceAge! XD
Google’s Webmaster Guidelines says to stay away from SEOs that wish you to website link your site to theirs. I believe that is simply because if an SEO functions on a number of these locations and these folks website link back to the SEO, afterwards the SEO’s internet site can advantage. They say not to allow your SEO to website link to you from their own listing or look engine, but have you previously viewed a webdesigner or SEO producer devoid of a portfolio which hyperlinks to their customers?
